Cancellation Policy
We enforce a 100% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations made within 18 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable—no exceptions. This policy also applies to Groupon vouchers.
Rescheduling within 18 hours of your appointment will require payment of the full service fee. Please respect our policy and do not ask for exceptions.
